IT Support - Business Applications (m/f/d)

Responsibility for first-level support of business software systems as well as close cooperation with 2nd- and 3rd-level support
Support and training of users, creation of documentation, training materials, dashboards and reports
Conducting tests for program changes and updates, as well as management of users and permissions
Supporting the team with diverse IT tasks and operational processes
Qualifications:
Completed IT training or equivalent IT experience
Solid practical experience in supporting business software systems (e.g. ERP, DMS, CAQ) and working with helpdesk ticket systems
Additional knowledge of Sage b7, d.3, CAQ as well as SQL is an advantage
Very good German skills, good English skills, experience in complex IT environments
