Site Manager Ticket Inspection & Security (m/f/d) 80-100%
To strengthen our Ticket Inspection and Security team, we are looking for a strong leadership personality as Site Manager Ticket Inspection & Security (m/f/d) 80-100% at the Berikon location starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- You ensure efficient and effective ticket inspection as well as the greatest possible security (security) at your site in our trains, buses, and facilities
- You lead the team management and support it in leading, supervising, and developing the team
- You organize the duty roster for the Ticket Inspection & Security team and plan special operations
- You conduct controlling as well as its processing, communication, and implementation
- You participate in practical deployment in ticket inspection and security whenever possible
Your profile
- Successfully completed training as (railway) police officer, professional officer / non-commissioned officer, or higher education in the security industry
- Knowledge or experience in public transport is an advantage
- Further training in personnel management as well as several years of leadership experience
- High team, cooperation, and motivation skills
- Confident German language skills in speaking and writing and communication in English
- Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register extract), driving license category B (car)
