To strengthen our After-Sales Service department, we are looking for an Industrial Technician for field service 80 – 100% (all genders) for the Biel/Jura region. In this role, you will be responsible for the following activities: After a training period, you will be in charge of installation, commissioning, as well as training our customers, along with the follow-up of equipment, maintenance, and any necessary repairs. You will advise and support our customers regarding our products and services. You are also competent in ensuring compliance with and guaranteeing quality standards, as well as documenting the work performed. Close collaboration within the After-Sales Service team and professional representation of the company complete your profile.
