Your Tasks
- You lead a team of eight to ten employees both professionally and personally.
- You plan, organize, and support the further development of a living group.
- You are guided by the principle of good living and support 5 users in living in a community that promotes participation.
- You are part of the management team of Residential Home Windspiel and can actively, innovatively, and creatively contribute.
Your Profile
- The prerequisite for taking on this exciting position is a completed degree in social or special education (B.A. / Diploma) as well as pronounced communication and organizational skills.
- You have experience working with adults with cognitive or multiple disabilities.
- You are characterized by your ability to work in a team, resource-oriented working style, and your resilience.
- You already bring leadership experience and a completed team leader course or are willing to further educate yourself accordingly.
- You work in day shifts and have a flexible work share.
