Paramedic HF in Training (3 years) (m/f/d)

Why this position?

The soH emergency service is a unit consisting of the East, Central and West locations and the Cantonal Alarm Centre. Approximately 13,500 operations are carried out annually.

What you will do with us

• Preclinical care of patients in emergency, crisis and risk situations
• Rescue and application of common rescue techniques and various base-related tasks to ensure daily operations
• Completion of the three-year training to become a certified Paramedic HF at the Centre for Medical Education in Bern starting March 2028

What you bring with you

• Completed vocational training with a federal certificate of competence or FMS diploma or gymnasial Matura or tertiary level education and training
• Passed admission procedure for the Paramedic course at the Centre for Medical Education in Bern, driving licence category C1 and D1 or willingness to obtain these by the start of training
• Complete application dossier according to the requirements soH | Education & Training at Higher Technical Schools (HF) Paramedic HF
• Socially competent, physically and mentally resilient, strong communication skills
