• as service staff with debt collection

you love and master dealing with people, see every full table of new guests as an absolute challenge, are articulate and quick with numbers. Your fitness actively supports short sprints between guests and carrying heavy trays away.

• as buffet / kitchen all-rounder

you assist with drink preparation and service distribution, replenish the drink stock at the buffet, and turn used glasses and cutlery into clean catering utensils. Alternately, you support the kitchen in preparing cold dishes and soups during daily operations and take care of washing the kitchenware.

• as (junior) cook with specialist responsibility

do not let the simple menu mislead you. As an all-rounder, or alongside the chef, you are (co-) responsible for a smooth and clean workflow.

You complete the morning preparations with anticipation for the day, and by closing time the kitchen is quickly clean and tidy again.

Our relaxation takes place in the after-work round. The fitness training is called "shovelling snow", carrying seating sets for the terrace in or out, or loading and unloading transports.
