As an Electronics Technician Prototype Manufacturing / AVOR, you will independently handle demanding prototype orders and accompany them from preparation to finished and tested implementation. You will work closely with sales, development and production and ensure reliable scheduling and quality management. Additionally, you will support AVOR in the development of manufacturing tools, technical projects and the optimisation of production processes.
Responsibilities:
Independent handling and coordination of prototype orders from planning to completion
Creation and documentation of required manufacturing tools and fixtures
Coordination with sales, development and production
Planning and execution of prototype manufacturing including schedule and quality control
Support of AVOR in technical and organisational tasks
Development and programming of new manufacturing fixtures
Participation in smaller hardware and software projects
Creation and maintenance of regulations, work instructions and technical documentation
Instruction and support of production personnel
Participation in the continuous optimisation of manufacturing processes
Qualifications:
Completed training as an Electronics Technician EFZ or further training as a Technician HF
Strong technical understanding and flair for mechanics
Experience in prototype manufacturing, AVOR or a comparable industrial environment is an advantage
Communicative personality with enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration
Independent, committed and solution-oriented working style
Strong practical thinking and acting
Team-oriented, reliable and responsible personality
