On the top floor is the Insel Premium department, where semi-private and privately insured patients are cared for. Become part of an interdisciplinary team and care for patients with complex internal medical conditions in a demanding and varied environment. In highly specialised medicine, you will accompany patients from various internal, oncological, and cardiovascular specialties.

What to expect

• Close collaboration in tandem with qualified nursing professionals for joint, competence-based patient care
• Co-creation of holistic, individual, and needs-oriented care for patients with diverse and complex medical conditions
• Active participation in a committed, interdisciplinary team with close cooperation with various medical specialties
• Working according to the Lean concept to promote efficient, structured, and patient-oriented processes

What you bring

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe), ideally with experience in a hospital setting
• Enjoyment of work as well as a positive and committed attitude
• High motivation and willingness to face new professional and personal challenges
• Openness, willingness to learn, and interest in continuous development
