The fsa achieves this goal by informing and advocating their interests to the public, advising and raising awareness, as well as promoting innovative technologies.
Due to the prolonged absence of the current post holder, we are immediately seeking
an additional employee for a fixed term 40% - 50% (m/f/d)
Interim management of a day care centre for blind and visually impaired people. The workplace is located in our CFR in Lausanne.
Your tasks
- Your daily activity consists of workshop work with visually impaired people whom you assist in their various manual activities, animations and personal exchanges
- In addition to general administration, you prepare reports and statistics, maintain client files and handle billing with the cantonal authorities as well as various year-end tasks
Your profile
- You have a basic training in a craft and an MSP diploma or equivalent
- Several years of management experience are desirable
- You negotiate skilfully and communicate easily
- You are able to familiarise yourself with a recently revised quality process management system and implement it.
