Facility Service Employee Cleaning with Craft Skills 80-100%

The Sport & Facility team at the Aegeten Sports Centre in Widnau manages the attractive sports facility with outdoor pool and ice rink as well as other municipal properties and school buildings of the political municipality of Widnau. To complement our team, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement a Facility Service Employee with craft skills (80-100% workload).

• Cleaning and maintenance of buildings and premises as well as inspection and maintenance work on building services systems
• Ensuring a high cleaning quality within the framework of the facility service concept
• Carrying out minor maintenance work and reporting faults to the responsible specialists
• Support with general tasks around the managed properties
• Assistance with further tasks as instructed by the property management
• Substitution at other properties during holiday absences
• Taking on tasks in the seasonal operations or facility service (FS) school facilities teams
• Willingness to work irregular hours, especially for evening, weekend and public holiday shifts as well as on-call duty

• Completed vocational training, ideally in a craft field, or training as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in cleaning is an advantage
• Practical skills and enjoyment in independently carrying out minor repairs and maintenance work
• Independent, reliable and conscientious working style with a high sense of responsibility
• Flexibility and team spirit
• Willingness to work irregular hours and regular on-call duty
• Driving licence category B
