Senior Property Manager (m/f/d)
Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced individual as a property manager for residential and commercial properties for an established company in the real estate and service sector. Our client is professionally organised, has a diverse property portfolio and structured management processes. To strengthen the real estate department, we are seeking a specialist who independently manages a portfolio and acts as a competent contact person for owners, tenants and external partners.
Responsibilities:
Independent management of a portfolio of residential and commercial properties
Support and advice for owners, tenants, authorities, craftsmen and external service providers
Organisation and accompaniment of viewings, handovers and takeovers of properties
Preparation and control of budgets as well as heating and ancillary cost statements
Support in marketing and re-letting of residential and commercial properties
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training with further education as a property management clerk or federal specialist certificate in property management
Several years of professional experience in independent management of residential and commercial properties in Switzerland
Sound knowledge of Swiss tenancy law and property management
Good user knowledge of common property management software and MS Office
Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
