- As Head of Planning and Scheduling Track Construction Machines, you lead the team and ensure the economical, punctual and safe availability of machines and transport equipment, thereby directly contributing to customer punctuality and satisfaction.
- You take overall responsibility for the planning and scheduling of all machine resources and transport equipment according to clear economic principles and in coordination with the demand holders.
- You assume professional responsibility for contracts, represent user interests in tenders and procurement, and monitor budget and service delivery by external partners (SBB, BLS and TPF).
- You continuously develop the processes and systems of planning and scheduling and drive digitalisation forward together with the team.
- You collaborate cross-departmentally with internal and external stakeholders and ensure transparent communication and clear priorities.

- With your persuasiveness and assertiveness, you communicate purposefully and appropriately with various internal and external contacts.
- Ideally, you have experience in the rail environment and several years of leadership experience in a comparable role.
- You have a technical or rail operations basic education as well as a technical degree at HF, FH or university level or an equivalent further education.
- Good user knowledge of SAP systems and common Office applications is required. In addition, you are IT-savvy and willing to familiarise yourself with sector-specific applications.
- You have very good German skills (at least C1) and can communicate in French (at least B1).
