Your role:

As an experienced project manager, you independently lead demanding renovation and new construction projects across all HOAI phases in the heating/cooling sector. You develop and coordinate HVAC systems from conception to commissioning and ensure that our solutions meet the highest requirements for availability, redundancy, and energy efficiency.

You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team and finding optimal solutions for the construction project together. Thanks to your solid expertise and composure, you are also a central contact person – especially in matters of quality assurance. 

What you bring:

• Education: Completed studies as an engineer focusing on building technology, building climate technology, energy systems technology, process engineering, or similar, or as a certified technician/state-certified technician specializing in building technology.

• Experience: At least 3-5 years as a project manager and in planning complex building technology systems in the heating/cooling sector.

• Personality: You are an open and communicative personality, customer-oriented and think entrepreneurially. You are eager to learn and motivated to actively contribute. You enjoy working in an agile environment and keep an overview and your positive energy even during a development phase.

• Languages: Very good German skills in spoken and written form. Good English skills or the willingness to improve them are a plus.
