WHAT YOUR IMPACT WILL BE
Mission
We are looking for a Machining Team Leader to strengthen our management team within the night shift at our Villars-sur-Glâne site.
Responsibilities
For 50% of your working time, you will ensure the daily management of the sector in terms of team management, technical aspects, quality, productivity, deadlines, as well as the implementation of new products:
You organise your department optimally, evaluate performance, develop potential and expertise to unite and retain
You act as a communication link with your colleagues and promote the values of the House
You contribute to developing a healthy and stimulating work atmosphere
You ensure the application of all Hygiene and Safety rules and the administrative management of your team
You maintain existing processes and resources and participate in the implementation of new manufacturing processes
You ensure the sharing of information with various partners and your team
You monitor production and prepare reporting for your sector
You are proactive in proposing improvements to production (ergonomics, flow, methods, tools, quality)
You implement and manage self-inspection
You analyse non-conformity issues encountered and implement corrective actions in partnership with Quality and Methods teams
You participate in problem-solving within your sector
For 50% of your working time, you are actively involved in production:
You produce and strive to maintain, support and improve the Quality, Delivery and Productivity performance of your sector
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Holding a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a polymechanic or micromechanic or a Higher Technical Diploma (ES) in microtechnology, you have several years of experience in industry as well as mastery of machining processes.
You are familiar with IT tools and ERP systems and know management, planning tools and performance indicators.
Autonomy is a strength of yours. You are also agile, capable of leading change and have good stress resistance.
With good communication skills, pedagogy, and a sense of listening, you are able to unite teams.
Finally, you are a rigorous, responsible person with a proactive mindset.
