Your Tasks
- Development and specification of motor, sensor, electronics, and control components for electric drive systems
- Development of electronic hardware with a focus on sensors
- Further development of hardware-related software as well as visualization and control software on the PC
- Validation of new technologies in electric drive technology
- Creation of testing concepts and specifications for qualification tests
- Technical documentation of development results
- Management of development projects in the field of mechatronic systems
- Collaboration with adjacent departments
- Commissioning of drives in the test field for function and qualification testing
- Presentation of results to internal and external stakeholders
Your Profile
- Completed studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or comparable (M.Sc. / Dipl.-Ing.)
- Experience in the design of electronic assemblies and in the use of electronics CAD software
- System understanding in the field of electric drive technology (motor, gearbox, sensors, controllers)
- Knowledge of C, MATLAB, and Python
- Basic knowledge of field buses such as CANopen or EtherCAT
- Experience in commissioning motors on industrial controllers is an advantage
- Independent, structured working style and teamwork ability
- Good German or English skills in spoken and written form
