Division Head Facility Services & Security

We are looking for a committed leader to join the Strickhof management team from 1 February 2027 or by arrangement. If you enjoy taking responsibility and want to make a difference with your experience, we look forward to hearing from you.

Your tasks

• Responsible for the personnel and professional management of the Facility Services & Security division across all Strickhof locations with around 50 employees
• Management of the operational areas of catering, accommodation, room allocation, events, caretaking and building technology as well as site and grounds maintenance
• Representation of operators and users in cross-departmental projects and participation in new construction projects
• Overall responsibility for operational safety (SiBe)
• Monitoring quality and safety standards as well as financial responsibility within the business division

Your profile

• You have a higher vocational qualification or university degree in Facility Management, Building Technology, Business Administration or a comparable field
• You have good knowledge of technical and infrastructural facility management, ideally with in-depth expertise in at least one of the areas of hospitality, technical FM or infrastructural FM
• You have several years of leadership experience and know how to successfully lead and develop operational teams
• Knowledge of operational safety (SiBe)
• Proven business management skills, especially in budgeting, cost control, procurement and contract management
