Operations Assistant (m/f/d) 60%-80%,
who supports both guest service and administrative tasks.
Your tasks:
- Supporting the operations management in organisational and administrative matters
- Assisting in service with warm and professional guest care
- Helping with orders, duty scheduling and cash register management
- Coordinating between kitchen and service for smooth operations
- Responsibility for quality assurance and compliance with hygiene regulations
- Supporting marketing and event planning
What you bring:
- Initial experience or interest in business management processes in the hospitality industry
- Enjoyment in guest care and a strong service orientation
- Organisational skills, initiative and structured working
- Confident handling of common cash register systems and ordering software is an advantage
- Resilience, teamwork and openness to new challenges
