Your Tasks
- During the night shift, you are responsible for the caring and empathetic nursing and support of patients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- You carefully and comprehensively document all nursing measures to ensure transparent and seamless follow-up.
- Strict adherence to current nursing and quality standards is as natural to you as your strong professional commitment.
- In close cooperation with internal and external specialists, you make an important contribution to optimally coordinated, holistic patient care.
Our Requirements
- You have completed and recognised training as a qualified nursing professional DNII/HF/FH or hold a valid SRK recognition.
- With an independent, reliable working style and strong social skills, you shape your professional everyday life professionally and empathetically.
- Your resilience, commitment, flexibility, and team spirit distinguish you and enrich the working environment.
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good IT skills enable you to communicate and document effectively.
- You are open to innovations and show a high motivation for continuous professional development.
- For international applicants, a valid SRK recognition is mandatory.
