Alterswohnen Glockenthal is part of Alterswohnen STS AG and employs around 85 staff at the Steffisburg location. We offer 48 nursing home places as well as 39 assisted living places at two external locations. We always place the well-being of our residents at the centre of our actions.

Due to a sick leave and unpaid leave, we are looking for a motivated care staff member for the months of September and October 2026 for the Glockenthal nursing home.

Your daily routine looks like this

You take on shifts during the day and especially the late shift.
You will be professionally supported in your actions by the team leader and the specialist responsible for care.
In CareCoach, you continuously document the care process to ensure good traceability.

How you impress us

You have completed a nursing qualification at functional level 1 (Health and Social Assistant EBA, Nursing Assistant, SRK Nursing Helper) and already have professional experience in long-term care.
You are an empathetic, helpful and committed personality who is used to responsible, independent as well as team-oriented work.
You meet the residents at eye level and maintain a respectful and appreciative interaction.
