The restaurant "Ufer7" is located directly on the Basel Rhine riverbank. The menu features dishes that you don't find daily on your own menu. The focus is on processing products in their seasonality and regionality. Fine wines, local beer, sustainable coffee, and creative drinks complete the offer.<div><br></div><div>The main restaurant and the terrace with a breathtaking view of the Rhine offer space for around 100 guests. On the two upper floors are the "Rheinstube," which is used as a cheese fondue chalet in the winter months and outside the winter season offers space for events of all kinds for 30 guests. The "Tilhelm Well" is the ideal retreat for small meetings, seminars, or events for up to 24 guests.</div><div><br></div><div>The "Tisch77 AG" includes the restaurant "1777 Kaffee*Restaurant*Bar," the restaurant "Ufer7," the "Beef7 Premium Steakhouse & Bar," as well as the "Buvette7 – Flora am Rhy." Tisch77 AG is part of the owner-managed Wyniger Group, which operates several restaurants, bars, hotels, as well as a brewery, roastery, an association for integration and promotion, a cleaning company, and a wine shop with its own spirits brands in the Basel region.</div>
YOUR TASKS
Your tasks include preparations for lunch and dinner service as well as welcoming and attending to guests. You are responsible for your own service station and take care of the work behind the buffet, including the preparation of drinks. You also take on the execution of banquets and aperitifs.
