Our client is a globally leading company that develops and produces packaging solutions made of aluminium, paper, and plastic films. For this client, we are temporarily seeking qualified, independent, and resilient individuals for 6 months.

Machine Operator Assistants 3-Shift Operation 100%

Your tasks:

• Setup and support at the three-shift laminating machine as well as at the gravure printing machine.

• Strict adherence to client specifications and machine setting data.

• Monitoring product quality and ensuring timely production.

• Optimising processes and reducing waste.

• Initiating appropriate countermeasures in case of problems.

• Compliance with safety regulations and hygiene requirements.

• Ideally a completed vocational training.

• Several years of experience as a machine operator assistant on laminating and gravure printing machines in the packaging industry.

• Confident German in spoken and written form (at least B1).

• Willingness to work irregular 3-shift operations.

• Physical resilience for the production environment.

• Reliability, teamwork skills, and a strong quality awareness.
