Manager Sales Control, Campaigns and Lead Management
Your tasks
In this position, you are responsible for data-driven sales control as well as the further development of campaign and lead management. You create transparency about performance, impact, and potential along the customer journey and derive concrete recommendations for action and control impulses for sales and management.
- Design and further development of the sales control concept
- Definition, maintenance, and further development of target, KPI, and control logics
- Analysis of sales, campaign, and lead performance along the customer journey
- Establishment and further development of sales controlling including reporting and management insights
- Design, control, and optimization of campaign and lead management
- Definition and continuous optimization of lead handover to sales
- Further development of marketing automation for lead generation and qualification including setting up customer journeys and implementing the necessary MarTech tools
Our requirements
- Higher education or training at FH, university level, or equivalent
- Several years of experience in an analytical, control-related, or sales-related role
- Very good understanding of data-driven sales control, KPIs, and reporting
- Experience in the design and operation of marketing automation tools as well as in campaign and lead management with measurable contributions to increasing lead generation and lead conversion
- Very high analytical and conceptual competence with a clear business focus
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and ability to prepare management insights clearly and precisely
- Experience in the banking or financial environment is an advantage
- Very good German skills, additional languages are an advantage
