About the job
You competently advise our customers when purchasing ice hockey and floorball items.
You support our team with daily tasks in the shop such as product presentation, inventory management, and reordering.
You operate our cash register system and ensure correct processing of sales.
You handle customer orders such as sharpening, repairs, and other services.
What you bring:
- Training or experience in retail
- Passion for sport, ideally for ice hockey or floorball
- Enjoyment in dealing with customers
- Independent, reliable, and flexible working style
- Resilience and composure even in busy times
- Good knowledge of German and French
