Your mission:

• Ensure the smooth operation of sales points (cafeteria, kiosk and staff restaurant)
• Guarantee quality service to internal and external customers in compliance with current standards
• Participate in operational activities: setup, service, self-service, meal distribution and equipment management
• Ensure coordination with the kitchen and supply of sales points
• Manage opening, closing and cash operations (revenue deposits, closures and reconciliations)
• Apply and respect HACCP standards and the self-monitoring concept
• Contribute to continuous improvement and development of services
• Participate in setup, delivery and service during events

Your profile:

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a catering specialist (or equivalent)
• Fluency in French with good knowledge of German or vice versa
• Good stress resistance, flexible and autonomous
• Team spirit and friendly
• Organised and methodical
