CNC Grinder Operator (M/F/D)

Job Description

• Setup, programming (on-machine) and operation of CNC grinding machines
• Internal, external, and cylindrical grinding of precision mechanical parts
• Use and management of machines such as: Fritz Studer, Kellenberger, Voumard, Lizzini, Danobat, Emag, Tacchella, Tschudin, Tripet
• Quality control of the machined part using measuring instruments (micrometers, bore gauges, comparators, roughness testers, etc.)
• Reading and interpretation of mechanical drawings
• Optimisation of machining parameters and resolution of any process issues
• Routine machine maintenance and adherence to safety procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience as a CNC Grinder Operator
• Knowledge and use of one or more of the following machines: Studer, Kellenberger, Voumard, Lizzini, Danobat, Emag, Tacchella, Tschudin, Tripet
• Ability to program CNC (preferably on-machine)
• Excellent knowledge of mechanical drawings and dimensional tolerances
• Proficiency with measuring and quality control instruments
• Knowledge of machining cycles and metallic materials
• Precision, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Willingness to work shifts (if required)
• Driving licence B, own car
