The Dielsdorf Health Center is a modern geriatric competence center with around 500 employees from 35 nations. Our range of services extends from advisory services for elderly people and their relatives to general and specialized long-term care as well as home care and support. At the Regensdorf location, we offer 54 residents a family-like environment with professional nursing care.

• Independent execution of basic and treatment care of residents within the reference person system
• Planning and implementation of the nursing process together with the team
• Collaboration in the multiprofessional team
• Assumption of daily responsibility
• Responsibility for recording nursing measures and RAI LTCF assessments
• Ensuring compliance with internal company instructions (nursing guidelines, instructions)
• Support of employees in professional and interpersonal areas

• You have completed training as a nursing specialist HF or have Swiss SRK recognition
• You enjoy working in early, late, and night shifts
• Good German skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2)
• Networked thinking
• You have pronounced social skills and appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration
• High sense of responsibility, independence, and flexibility characterize you
• Handling modern tools is part of your daily routine (PC, tablet, smartphone)
• Knowledge of RAI LTCF is desirable
