This profile is specifically aimed at experts who want to make a real impact in a modern, agile environment (SAFe).
In this key role, you operate at the interface between modern enterprise IT and decentralised media technology. You share responsibility for a stable, high-performance client landscape that includes hundreds of internal workplaces as well as a digitally visible, nationwide digital playout infrastructure.
- Workplace Management: Further development of the modern Windows 11 enterprise architecture for the entire company in close collaboration with specialised IT service providers.
- Hardware & Driver Integration: Ensuring compatibility between player hardware, operating systems, and driver releases.
- Image & Lifecycle Management: Creation and maintenance of system images, configuration of system services, and enforcement of security and compliance standards (Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID).
- Automation: Development and maintenance of PowerShell and batch scripts for process automation and software packaging.
- Operation & Support: System monitoring, error analysis, and participation in 2nd-level support in the area of digital playout; support with network issues (TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP).
- Agile Working: Active participation in projects and in the agile team structure according to SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
- In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 11, Windows Enterprise) as well as experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Entra ID.
- Practical experience in automation using PowerShell and batch.
- Solid understanding of PC hardware, driver architectures, and basic network technologies.
- Basic knowledge of the Linux environment is an advantage.
- Structured, solution-oriented working style, high quality awareness, as well as very good German and good English skills.

Profile
- Solid IT education (EFZ, HF, FH) or comparable qualification with several years of experience in workplace engineering or client management.- In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 11, Windows Enterprise) as well as experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Entra ID.
- Practical experience in automation using PowerShell and batch.
- Solid understanding of PC hardware, driver architectures, and basic network technologies.
- Basic knowledge of the Linux environment is an advantage.
