Internal Sales Consultant 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You advise our customers in a friendly and competent manner - whether by phone or email

• You receive enquiries and orders and ensure smooth processing

• You accompany projects from the first offer to successful delivery

• You are the central interface and ensure perfect communication between field sales, customers and suppliers

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a carpenter EFZ, joiner EFZ or commercial training - ideally with sales experience

• A few years of practice in the construction or related industry is a plus

• You are good at negotiating and find the right tone with customers and suppliers

• Service thinking is in your blood, you are flexible and a true team player

• Confident handling of MS Office, SAP knowledge is a nice extra

• You express yourself fluently in German, both orally and in writing

• You simply enjoy selling and trading
