Team Leader IT Infrastructure (a)

About the job

• Leadership and further development of the IT infrastructure team (approx. 12 employees)
• Strategic and operational responsibility for operations, projects, and budget
• Ensuring availability, scalability, and IT security
• Definition and implementation of the security strategy including ISMS & compliance
• Security monitoring, incident response, and awareness
• Technology evaluation as well as maintenance of guidelines, processes, and documentation
• Interface to specialist departments and external partners

• Completed education in computer science (HF/FH) or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in IT infrastructure and system administration as well as experience from the industrial environment (manufacturing operation)
• Several years of leadership experience
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft technologies, virtualization, networks
• Analytical thinking, structured working method, high personal responsibility
• German and English skills in spoken and written form
