Administrative Team Leader in the Anaesthesia Department at 60%-70%
The Riviera-Chablais Hospital, Vaud-Valais (HRC), is an inter-cantonal reference hospital, bringing together more than 2,000 employees. The Rennaz Hospital Centre has more than 350 acute care beds. It is complemented by two Geriatric and Rehabilitation Clinics as well as two medical on-call services. The operating theatre has 10 integrated rooms, of which 2 are dedicated to emergency surgery and 8 to outpatient and elective surgery.
The main responsibilities of this position are
- To unite the team around a proactive and constructive dynamic
- To ensure the preparation of preoperative consultation files and the smooth running of the anaesthesia secretariat
- To promote a quality patient experience and maintain a motivating and harmonious working environment
- To manage the department's schedules and the requested administrative tasks
We require
- A commercial employee CFC or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in a position of responsibility
- Experience in the medical and/or hospital field
- Experience in participating in and implementing new projects
- Knowledge of team management
- Experience in appointment scheduling
- Excellent command of standard office tools (MS Office)
- Excellent oral and written command of French
