About the job
We are looking for a Logistics Specialist Incoming Goods and Goods Receipt (m/f/d). In this role, you are an important part of our logistics team and contribute to stable and efficient processes with your structured and reliable way of working. You work in a dynamic environment where quality, overview, and teamwork are central.
YOUR MISSION
- You take over the receipt and inspection of incoming deliveries according to accompanying documents and record them in the ERP system
- You carry out incoming goods inspections according to defined quality guidelines (e.g. visual, AQL) and document the results
- You coordinate and prioritise the incoming goods process and ensure a smooth workflow in daily business
- You create supplier complaints in case of quality deviations and process them according to internal procedures
- You work closely with the logistics, quality, purchasing, and sales departments and support adjacent logistics processes if necessary
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed training in logistics or several years of experience in a comparable position
- Forklift licence
- 5+ years of experience in logistics processes and ideally knowledge in quality management
- Technical understanding, including reading drawings and handling simple measuring instruments
- Confident use of IT systems (MS Office, ERP)
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Reliable, structured, and team-oriented personality with a high quality and goal orientation
