CNC Mechanic
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Providing tools, control devices, and fixtures according to instructions
• Setting up, operating, and monitoring machines in a 3-shift operation
• Performing tool changes and adjustments as well as troubleshooting
• Cleaning machines and performing simple maintenance tasks
• Creating and optimising simple NC and CNC programmes within projects
• Processing work orders according to quality assurance guidelines and work documents
• Reporting deviations from target times
• Correctly and completely filling out production documents according to GDP
• Ensuring proper leaving of workstations
• Self-, first-piece, and cross-checking
• Processing orders according to supervisor instructions
• Knowing and following policies regarding code of conduct, ethics, and compliance programmes as well as other relevant regulations
Requirements
Professional Training:
• Apprenticeship plus 1-2 years practical experience or
• Higher school education without formal training, but several years
of experience and additional training courses
Experience:
• Experience with CNC machines (turning/milling)

Minimum Language Requirements
