About the job
Why you should start with us / your tasks
- Recruitment, leadership, support and targeted promotion of apprentices in the professions of automation technician EFZ, automation mechanic EFZ
- Coordination of the transfer of apprentices to training places at our partner companies
- Acquisition, assessment and sustainable assurance of training places
- Central communication hub between apprentices, internal partners, members, practical trainers, parents, schools and authorities
- Planning and implementation of information events
- Monitoring the training and development status of apprentices and ensuring the achievement of goals
What you should bring
- Completed vocational training as an automation technician with several years of professional experience
- Further education at the level of higher vocational education
- Experience with leadership tasks
- Joy and motivation in working with young people
- Independent, resilient personality with pedagogical sensitivity
- Team-oriented, strong organisational skills and entrepreneurial thinking
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Pedagogical and coaching training is an advantage
- Confident appearance in a dynamic and varied environment
