Claims Officer Occupational Pensions (m/f/d)

What to expect

In this position, you will work in the Occupational Pensions Claims team in Nyon, which is responsible for the claims processing of pension institutions (pension funds and collective foundations).

Your impact with us

Your main task is to assess, process and coordinate claims cases of the 2nd pillar.

You are also responsible for handling customer enquiries (by phone and in writing) in collaboration with various stakeholders (daily sickness benefits insurance, doctors, employers, disability insurance as well as accident insurers).

Thanks to your open and solution-oriented personality, you contribute to strengthening our image as "Liebe Mobiliar" by always putting customers at the centre.

Your profile

• Commercial employee with a Federal VET Diploma (specialist with a federal professional certificate is a plus)
• Several years of experience in social insurance or occupational pensions
• Curiosity and interest in pension and social insurance matters
• Dynamic, autonomous personality with team spirit
• Excellent command of the German language, both spoken and written, and good knowledge of French
