Social Pedagogue in Training (50 - 60%)

What you can achieve with us

You will work on an annual rotation in one of our three residential groups with multiply disabled, blind or visually impaired children and young people as well as children and young people from the autism spectrum. The first year you will start in the Milan residential group. Together with a committed team, you will accompany the children and young people in their leisure time and support the organisation of everyday life in the residential group. In doing so, you will gradually take on more responsibility and gain valuable practical experience in the social pedagogical field of work.

What you bring with you

You have passed the entrance examination for the social pedagogy HF or FH training course and have the assurance of a training place from August 2027.

You bring interest and motivation to gain experience during your training in our three residential groups with different target groups and teams. You are willing to accompany children and young people with complex disabilities and to learn and take on nursing tasks. Openness to new learning content as well as the willingness to develop professionally and personally characterise you.
In addition, you have good ICT skills and are interested in working with various professionals. With your humorous, flexible and reliable manner, you contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

We are the Foundation for Blind and Visually Impaired Children and Young People Zollikofen - a private, politically and denominationally neutral organisation with a non-profit objective. Our task is to support and accompany people with special needs from birth to young adulthood.
