Clerk: Spare Parts Management
Tasks
- Order processing of spare parts with suppliers and manufacturers
- Order handling of orders from our customers, technicians and branches via ticket and email
- Delivery coordination including clarification of delivery deadlines and communication in case of delivery delays
- Order control of confirmations, prices and delivery dates
- Collaboration with goods receipt to ensure correct deliveries
Requirements
- Basic training in a technical field, ideally with knowledge in the electrical household sector
- SAP knowledge is mandatory as well as good MS Office user skills
- Business fluent German skills, French skills are an advantage
- Working method independent, proactive, pragmatic and solution-oriented
- Personality sociable, committed, a team player and professional in appearance
