Lawyer 80 - 100%Are you ready to actively shape the future of the Canton of Zurich? Together with you, we implement the Digital Administration 2025+ strategy in a comprehensive and coordinated manner, thereby shaping the digital transformation of the Canton of Zurich.
The Digital Administration division of the State Chancellery is responsible for implementing the Digital Administration strategy, participates in or leads digital transformation projects, provides the cantonal web presence, the transaction platform ZHservices, the web access Zürikonto, and the employee portal ZHub, and advises the administration on digital transformation topics.
The Legal Department advises the Digital Administration division on legal matters, identifies regulatory needs in the area of digital transformation, and prepares the enactment of legal foundations.
From January or by arrangement, we are looking for a lawyer (80% – 100%).
As a lawyer in the Legal Department of the Digital Administration division of the State Chancellery, you will handle legal issues arising from the activities of Digital Administration, especially on the topic of Artificial Intelligence.
Your tasks
- Legal advice for projects and operational organisations.
- Professional collaboration in project organisations.
- Clarification of legal questions and preparation of legal analyses.
- Drafting of co-reports, statements, and government council proposals.
- Leading or collaborating in legislative projects.
Your profile
- You have a university degree in law.
- You have several years of experience in constitutional and administrative law as well as a profound understanding of data protection law issues.
- You have experience with legal aspects of Artificial Intelligence.
- You think in a networked way and enjoy interdisciplinary work.
- You are communicative, service-oriented, and convincing in your appearance.
