Do you want to not only accompany demanding infrastructure projects but also take responsibility from the initial idea to implementation? In this position, you lead projects in the rail environment, coordinate various specialist departments, and are the central contact person for clients, partners, and project participants.

Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams
Management of projects regarding quality, costs, deadlines, and resources
Development of technical and organisational solutions for complex tasks
Support from the concept phase through planning to realisation
Coordination with clients, authorities, rail operators, planners, and other project partners
Assessment of technical variants and preparation of well-founded decision bases
Monitoring of project progress, risks, and interfaces
Support in acquisitions and building long-term customer relationships
Further development of internal processes and professional standards
Several years of experience in managing infrastructure projects, ideally in the rail sector
Profound understanding of the processes and requirements of complex rail projects
Experience in leading project teams and collaborating with different stakeholders
Confident appearance towards clients and project partners
Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment in taking responsibility
Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
Plenty of creative freedom and short decision-making paths

Completed studies in civil engineering, transport engineering, or a comparable technical disciplineSeveral years of experience in managing infrastructure projects, ideally in the rail sector
