Head of Building Administration / Building Administrator (80–100%)
In this key position, you will lead the building administration, be responsible for central infrastructure, construction, and planning matters, and actively shape the further development of Kerzers. As a leader, you will play an important role at the interface between politics, administration, and the population.
Your tasks:
• Overall responsibility for the building administration (5 employees) including planning, structural engineering, civil engineering, building control
• Overall responsibility for the municipal depot (co-management and 7 employees)
• Continuous development of organisation and processes
• Responsibility for local and spatial planning issues as well as ongoing and future planning projects
• Advising the municipal council on construction-related matters
• Participation in strategic projects and collaboration with administrative departments and external partners
Your profile:
• Solid training in construction, infrastructure, planning, or technical fields
• Leadership experience as well as strong social, communication, and organisational skills
• Knowledge of public and building law is an advantage or willingness to undertake further training
• Negotiation skills and assertiveness
• Strategic thinking and a solution-oriented working style
• Good IT user skills
• French language skills are an advantage
