Technical Trainer / Instructor Commercial Vehicles (m/f/d) 100%
Your mission:
You ensure that the Scania service network is always one step ahead technically.
Your main tasks are:
Imparting knowledge: You conduct practical training for workshop staff, diagnosticians, and internal teams – from basic knowledge to high-end diagnostics.
Developing concepts: You design training concepts for technical innovations and create the corresponding materials. In doing so, you skillfully combine classroom teaching with modern e-learning modules
Ensuring quality: You are responsible for conducting and further developing certifications (especially Scania Griffin technicians) and ensure that our high standards are met.
Managing systems: You maintain the function-related training plans, keep them up to date, and administer our training management system (LMS). In addition, you accompany the introduction of new digital tools.
What you bring
Technical DNA: A completed basic education in the automotive sector (commercial vehicles) is the foundation. Further training as an automotive diagnostician or a comparable higher professional examination is a big plus.
Joy in teaching: You enjoy standing in front of groups and explaining complex content clearly. Training as a vocational school teacher or an SVEB certificate (adult education) is an advantage but not a must – talent counts.
Language skills: You communicate fluently in German and have very good English skills. French is a welcome bonus.
Digital mindset: You are proficient with IT applications and open to modern digital learning methods.
