Your tasks
– Preparation of offer and order calculations for construction projects in the field of structural engineering
– Analysis and evaluation of tender documents
– Obtaining and evaluating offers from subcontractors and suppliers
– Determination and calculation of costs for materials, personnel, and machinery
– Development of economical and technically optimized solution proposals
– Support of construction management in budget and cost control
– Close cooperation with structural engineering management, construction management, and purchasing
– Participation in post-calculation and optimization of future projects
Your profile
– Master builder, construction manager, or a degree in civil engineering
– Several years of professional experience in the calculation of construction projects, ideally in structural engineering
– Good technical and business understanding
– Knowledge of construction and procurement law
– Very good knowledge in the use of calculation software
– Confident handling of the MS Office suite
– Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
– High sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
– Communication and negotiation skills
