- Analyse professional and technical customer requirements and align them with business processes and target architectures
- Design solution architectures for SAP, cloud, integration, and application environments and accompany their implementation
- Prepare architectural decisions as well as develop solution variants, evaluations, and decision bases
- Advise customers and internal stakeholders on architectural issues and communicate technical contexts appropriately to the audience
- Coordinate architectural topics across various systems, platforms, and company divisions
- Consider software, security, integration, database, and cloud architectures holistically in projects
- Take architectural responsibility in demanding projects and ensure compliance with defined architectural principles
- Profound knowledge of software, security, and integration architectures, databases, and cloud technologies, especially Microsoft Azure
- Very good knowledge of modern SAP S/4HANA architectures on-premises and cloud, as well as experience with SAP Fiori, BTP, and development in the SAP environment
- Experience with IT governance, architecture management, as well as common architecture methods and modelling standards
- Experience in the energy or utilities sector, especially with meter-to-cash processes and SAP IS-U, is an advantage
- Strong consulting skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate requirements from business and IT into viable solutions
- Fluent German skills (C2) and very good English skills (B2); French skills are an advantage
- Possession of a category B driving licence

Responsibilities
- Continuously develop the IT and solution architecture of a complex platform landscape- Analyse professional and technical customer requirements and align them with business processes and target architectures
- Design solution architectures for SAP, cloud, integration, and application environments and accompany their implementation
- Prepare architectural decisions as well as develop solution variants, evaluations, and decision bases
- Advise customers and internal stakeholders on architectural issues and communicate technical contexts appropriately to the audience
- Coordinate architectural topics across various systems, platforms, and company divisions
- Consider software, security, integration, database, and cloud architectures holistically in projects
- Take architectural responsibility in demanding projects and ensure compliance with defined architectural principles
Profile
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field at FH/university level, as well as at least five years of relevant professional experience in a similar role as an IT Solution Architect- Profound knowledge of software, security, and integration architectures, databases, and cloud technologies, especially Microsoft Azure
- Very good knowledge of modern SAP S/4HANA architectures on-premises and cloud, as well as experience with SAP Fiori, BTP, and development in the SAP environment
