• Supporting the ward management in planning, organisational and leadership tasks as well as supporting staff in their development
• Co-responsibility for achieving the performance targets on the 24-bed ward
• Active shaping of nursing quality as well as sustainable implementation and further development of LeanHospital
• Member of the ward management committee in the sense of Shared Governance
• Working directly in nursing within a dedicated and motivated team
• Leading a zone with the assigned patient group, focusing on the implementation of holistic and patient-centred care

Competences and potential

• Basic: Diploma as a qualified nurse (HF, FH or equivalent)
• Preferably: Experience in an acute care setting
• Very welcome: Desire to take on leadership tasks with a positive attitude

• And also: Empathy as well as interest in organising, communicating and making an impact
• Absolutely: Enjoyment of a varied and lively hospital routine
