We are looking for a committed group leader for the pre-kindergarten group at our Circle location.

What are your tasks?

• Educational support and guidance of the entrusted children
• Designing an age- and interest-oriented daily routine for children
• Observation and development documentation based on portfolios
• Supervising apprentices in the group
• Establishing a partnership in education with the families
• Organizing and conducting excursions and parent activities
• Active participation in team meetings
• Creating a respectful, family-like working atmosphere

What should you bring?

• A completed education as FABE, educator, or comparable social pedagogical qualifications
• Trainer qualification is an advantage
• Expertise in early childhood, project work, participation, observation and documentation methods
• Team player
• Initiative, creativity, and flexibility
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
