Polymechanic with Assembly and Crane Knowledge
Tasks
- Assembly of mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic components according to drawings and schematics, including screw connections and adhesive work
- Filling out test protocols, performing leak tests, as well as planning and providing test and auxiliary equipment
- Incorporating changes, performing warranty and rework tasks, refresh work and prototype construction
- Performing crane operations, operating lifting turntables and crane systems, as well as operating company vehicles, forklifts and special equipment
- Commissioning of assemblies and development of continuous improvement proposals
Requirements
- Completed vocational training with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) in the mechanical field - preferably agricultural machinery mechanic, car mechanic, polymechanic, as well as heating installer or sanitary installer
- Professional experience in assembly as well as good mechanical understanding
- Pneumatic knowledge is an advantage
- Good German language skills
- Crane and reach truck course is an advantage
- Confident handling and understanding of assembly drawings
