Your next step in flat roofing in Bern. You want to take on more responsibility and are looking for a management position with a lot of independence? You can expect a varied role in a young, dynamic team including comprehensive induction and room for your personal and professional development.
What there is to do
- Technical, business and administrative management of the flat roof team, consisting of a project manager and 18-20 employees
- Future planning and further development of the specialist department
- Support of the estimator in acquisition, calculation and customer care
- Project management with cost, quality and deadline control including preparation of invoices
What you bring with you
- A basic training as a roofer EFZ or with corresponding experience in the flat roof industry and further training or on the way to it (foreman, site manager, construction manager or master craftsman)
- Experience as a project manager with a focus on flat roofing
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- A communicative personality with negotiation skills
- The ability and joy to motivate and lead people
- Driving licence category B (a company vehicle – also for private use – will be provided to you)
