Goba AG, a mineral spring and manufactory, is a traditional company rooted in the region with influence and a growing market throughout Switzerland. We passionately develop beverage and manufactory specialities that combine the highest quality, regionality, sustainability, and innovative strength.To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a product manager (40-60%) who enjoys actively shaping the further development of our beverage and speciality range and accompanying the products throughout their lifecycle.

Workplace: Gontenbad
Your tasks include:
• Responsibility for sub-projects: from the idea to market launch
• Accompanying our products throughout the entire lifecycle, evaluations and analyses within the framework of portfolio management
• Monitoring the performance of our products and deriving relevant measures to further develop our product portfolio
• Observing market and consumer trends, contributing innovation impulses
• Supporting the development of innovation projects
• Close collaboration with marketing, production, sales, and purchasing
You bring:
• Education in the food sector
• Further training or strong interest in business administration, product management
• Experience in project management as well as perseverance to reliably bring projects to completion
• Experience in product management, innovation management, or product development
• Confident handling of analyses, evaluations, and structured working
• Creativity, innovative spirit, and a sense for trends
• Teamwork skills, communication strength, and enjoyment in collaborating with various interfaces
• Openness to new things and eagerness to question boundaries
• High initiative and independence
