What is my role?

You take full responsibility for customer projects – from developing innovative products to improving existing solutions and relocating manufacturing processes between different sites. In doing so, you act as a competent advisor to our customers and demonstrate proven methods for efficient production workflows. You build long-term customer relationships and continuously develop them further. In close collaboration with the departments of development, quality assurance, and international branches, you coordinate and organise the teamwork.

What do I need to be successful?

You bring a winning mentality, are eager to actively shape things, and think entrepreneurially. With your persuasive manner, you manage to enthuse customers, suppliers, and colleagues about your proposals. You enjoy working in a team, feel comfortable in an international environment, and take pleasure in intelligent technical solutions. You have practical experience in a similar position and have completed further education at a Higher Technical School or University of Applied Sciences in mechanical engineering, systems engineering, or industrial engineering. You are proficient in German and English, both spoken and written.
