PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Our Commercial Business Partner Team supports and advises the Sales Department on the development of legally and process-compliant SAP Cloud contracts. In this context, we act as an interface for other specialist teams in finance and sales. We offer an interesting and varied position in a dynamic environment with a high degree of personal responsibility and a team that works well together and supports each other.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Manage and coordinate deal support across multi-functional internal teams (Legal, Revenue Recognition, Project Controlling, Product Owner, Tax, etc.) on complex deal scenarios.
- Serve as the central point of contact for Commercial topics internally and externally.
- Act as a Transformation Agent and partner with the Sales Department to understand customer requirements to find or develop compliant solutions and facilitate a fast deal closure.
- Drive approvals considering various factors such as field organization business targets, internal rules and restrictions, and external guidelines.
- Be responsible for ensuring compliance with GFA governance processes.
- Drive change and innovation actively to improve existing processes.
- Maintain timely, positive and professional communication with your stakeholders to anticipate escalations.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Master's-, Bachelor's-, or equivalent qualification (preferably in Business Administration and/or Law).
Required skills
- Fluent in spoken and written German and English.
- High degree of service, customer, and solution orientation.
- Deliver high-quality outcomes under deadline pressure.
- Self-starter, creative, enthusiastic, committed, and determined.
- Innovative thinker, team player, results-oriented person with a ‘can-do’ attitude, focused on quality.
- Experience with contracts/GTC is a preference.
- Experience with commercial business scenarios and processes is a preference.
