About the job
Your responsibilities
- We offer you: continuous working hours from Monday to Friday 6am - 3pm
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menus
- Ensure consistent quality of preparations while respecting HACCP and food safety standards
- Participate in menu planning and ordering of goods
- Ensure stock control and management
- Contribute to the preparation of desserts and pastry products
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation and proper functioning of the kitchen
Your profile
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a cook or an equivalent qualification
- You have several years of experience in collective catering, production kitchen or events
- You master HACCP standards
- You enjoy teamwork and demonstrate autonomy
- You have a sense of quality and a true passion for cooking
- You are reliable, organised and flexible
